水泥包裝機是分裝水泥并控制袋重合格的稱重設(shè)備。水泥包裝機分為固定式包裝機和回轉(zhuǎn)式包裝機。

需要配備的設(shè)備

1、水泥庫倉
2、庫頂下料設(shè)備，包括倒庫續(xù)刀
3、輸灰設(shè)備，通常有斜槽、絞刀、皮帶機和壓縮空氣管道。
4、提升機，回轉(zhuǎn)篩，收塵器等
5、包裝機。

用途

回轉(zhuǎn)式水泥包裝機主要用于水泥廠灌袋包裝。同時，也可用于其他流動性能好的粉狀，顆粒狀物料的灌裝。

適用范圍

⑴、供電電源
①、溫度：－10~40℃
②、相對濕度：＜90%
③、海拔高度：＜2000m
⑶、水泥物料
①、水泥含水量：＜1%
②、水泥包裝溫度：＜120℃
③、水泥密度：一般1.1~1.3 t/m3
④、水泥細(xì)度
符合三種水泥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中有關(guān)細(xì)度規(guī)定要求。
GB175－99 硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥
GB1344－99 礦渣硅酸鹽水泥、火山灰質(zhì)硅酸鹽水泥及粉煤灰硅酸鹽水泥
GB12958－99 復(fù)合硅酸鹽水泥
⑷、水泥包裝袋：
符合GB9774－96標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求。 ⑸、包裝機性能保證前提：
①、設(shè)備安裝符合供方技術(shù)要求，并經(jīng)供方調(diào)試合格；
②、包裝供料系統(tǒng)及輸送設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)正常；
③、水泥物料供應(yīng)充足，符合包裝要求，倉壓穩(wěn)定，不斷料；
④、插袋工操作熟練，不漏插。
